All firearms and accessories listed on this website are Factory NEW IN BOX, complete with all factory included parts, accessories, literature, packaging, etc. In order to save time, we generally use “stock photos” of the products that are listed. As such, these pictures generally do not include items such as the box, manual, or included accessories. They also do not necessarily accurately represent details such as wood grain or wood color, as these details will vary widely. If you are interested in a particular product that is listed on this website, but you are concerned with the exact wood grain or color, please contact us, and we will do our best to send you a picture of the actual product that you would receive.
Purchasing a firearm online is simple and very similar to any online shopping experience. The difference is that we cannot send the firearm to you. Instead, we have to send the Firearm to a Local Gun Shop or FFL Dealer near you, and you pick your product up there.
We only need two things from YOU to complete and process a firearm purchase online:
- Method of Payment.
- Federal Firearms License (FFL): We will ship to a local FFL dealer of your choice. Any legitimate gun store and/or gun dealer has an FFL license. You can also check with your local pawn shops.
How to arrange a shipment and transfer:
Find a licensed FFL Dealer in your area:
Ask the dealer about their FFL transfer fee (usually around $25.00, but varies by dealer). Provide your dealer with our fax number (210) 507-2578 or Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) where they can send a copy of their FFL (if not already on file). To Help Speed Up Your Order : Please ask your FFL Dealer to write your Order Number, Name, and Firearm on any corresponding paperwork you or your FFL may send us.
Note: AK, HI and other outlying areas have a higher shipping rate.
We accept payment via Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check (with 7 day hold), and Credit Cards- including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not charge any additional fees for payment by credit or debit cards!
All orders will attempt to be shipped within 3 Business Days of the time the order is completely processed.
The number of days UPS / USPS / FedEx counts to deliver a package is based upon “Business Days.” A business day does NOT include Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, and the day the package was picked up on. For example, if you package was picked up on Tuesday for 2nd Day Air delivery, the package will arrive on Thursday, since Tuesday does not count as a delivery day.
IMPORTANT: When you pick up the firearm at your FFL, please inspect the product thoroughly and confirm that this is the product you ordered, and that there are no defects. If there are any problems with your purchase, simply Do Not Accept The Transfer. We will gladly have the firearm shipped back to us at our expense and provide you with your choice of a replacement or full refund.
Any Firearm that you have accepted and transferred from your dealer is NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT THE FIREARM YOU ORDER IS LEGAL IN YOUR STATE. In the case that a firearm has been shipped to to a state where the firearm is not legal, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Once you accept transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
In the case that a customer is declined in their ATF Form 4473, the customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee.
All other merchandise returns: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
Order Cancellation: If for any reason you decide that you are unable to complete an order, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee to cancel the order and re-list the item.
For Pick Up In-Store Orders: Please note that we operate BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for ALL walk-in traffic. Please give us a call or shoot us an email to arrange an appointment. Orders placed online can be picked up immediately (during normal business hours). All Pick Up In-Store orders must be picked up within 5 business days after order is placed UNLESS SPECIFIC ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE AT THE TIME OF ORDER! Pick Up In-Store orders that have not been picked up within this period of time will be cancelled without further notice! (PLEASE NOTE: This policy only applies to orders that have not been paid for with a credit card).
