Firearms Purchasing Policy:

Before proceeding with your firearm purchase, please review our purchasing process carefully.

Purchasing Process:

Buying a firearm online with us is simple. We accept credit cards, money orders, and ACH payments. To complete your purchase, you'll need:

• Payment.

• A copy of a Federal Firearms License (FFL) from your local gun dealer.

Please choose an FFL dealer to receive the firearm you purchased and have them email their FFL license to sales@brazilss.com, including your order number and full name.

Processing:

Orders typically ship within 5 to 7 business days. If there are changes to your order, processing may take longer.

Firearms Return Policy:

Before accepting your firearm at the FFL, thoroughly inspect it for defects. If any issues arise, do not accept the transfer. We'll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

Once accepted, firearms are non-refundable and non-returnable. Warranty repairs are handled directly by the manufacturer.

Compliance:

Ensure firearms are legal in your state and comply with local laws. Any modifications required should be communicated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations:

Canceled orders may be subject to restocking fees. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date, with refused shipments incurring return freight charges.

Custom Refinished Firearms:

Modifying firearms may void the manufacturer warranty.
